We accept returns for refund or store credit (minus shipping & insurance and 10% restocking fee) only for standard items purchased online. Items must be in original condition (not worn, sized, engraved, set, or altered in any way). We do not accept returns or exchanges on any special orders (i.e. special sizes, custom orders, engraved or set items, or any altered merchandise) or layaway items. All returned items must be received by Orly Diamonds within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Please call to speak with an associate prior to returning merchandise, to request a Return Authorization #. Packages shipped to us without a Return Authorization # will be returned to sender unopened. All returned merchandise should be mailed registered and fully insured.
